I interpreted the statement at 7:32 dont worry “the card is yours” as a contractual agreement for chris to sell/trade the card exclusively to Chad. Perhaps there was an agreement, and perhaps not, however, as Chad said this is an ethical situation/debate.

Sorry to hear about this whole situation Chad. He ed up and he seems to be taking responsibility for it. I know you are mad, you have every right to be, the only thing I can say is, thankfully it is only a baseball card, there are 9 others just like that one. You know, as the rest of us do, that you will get 1 of the other 9. I hate that 1 card can cause this much sh*t and hurt this community.

Sorry that deal went bad Chad…that sucks. Something was fishy just from amount of time he said it was taking to get the redemption from UD. I’ve already redeemed a Griffey/Miller dual auto/3 and a Jeter/Buter dual auto/2 from 07 Exquisite, and both got to me in less than two weeks from I redeemed, and both of those were within the last 4 or 5 months. All the 07 Exquisite stuff is ready for them to ship.
